By creating an account and using Stratiflow, operated by Stratiflow LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

2. User Accounts
You must create an account to access the services offered by Stratiflow. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and current. There are no age restrictions for creating an account.

3. Subscription, Payment, Refund, Renewal, and Cancellation
Stratiflow operates on a subscription basis with monthly fees. Payments are processed through third-party services, including Stripe and Plaid. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not generally provided, except in certain cases of service inaccessibility due to issues on Stratiflow’s part. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. No renewal notifications will be sent.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. License to Use
Upon subscribing, Stratiflow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use the platform. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
  • Access the platform using automated methods (e.g., bots).
  • Use the platform in any unlawful or harmful manner.

5. Third-Party Integrations
Stratiflow integrates with Google Places API, Stripe Payment API, and Plaid Transactions API. By using Stratiflow, you agree to comply with the terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party services. Stratiflow is not responsible for the practices of these services.

6. Modifications to Terms
Stratiflow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to engage in mediation before pursuing arbitration. If arbitration is necessary, it will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Liability is limited to the amount the customer has spent on Stratiflow services.

8. Limitation of Liability
Stratiflow LLC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the user.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes that arise will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.

10. Termination
Stratiflow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activities. Users may also cancel their subscription at any time.

Refund, Renewal, and Cancellation Policies

1. Refund Policy
Stratiflow operates on a subscription basis, and fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Refunds are generally not provided for partial use or for unused portions of your subscription. However, in specific cases where Stratiflow's services were not accessible due to technical issues caused by Stratiflow, users may request a refund. All refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge. Refunds will be reviewed and issued at Stratiflow's sole discretion.

2. Renewal Policy
Subscriptions to Stratiflow automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. The renewal fee will be charged using the payment method on file. You will receive a notification at least [X] days before the renewal date, and you may cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Stratiflow platform. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Stratiflow services until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied unless you choose to resubscribe.
